Your satisfaction is guaranteed. That means we want you to be satisfied with each purchase. If a problem exists, we'll work with you to resolve it. All returned or exchanged items must be in new, unused condition, with the original tags, stickers and packaging.
We warranty all merchandise, free from manufacturer defects, for 30 days from the date you receive your purchase. If your new product is defective we will replace it!
All returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving item(s) and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please call or email us for a Return Authorization Number. Provide your invoice number and the date of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with the original tags, stickers and packaging.
All exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of purchase. Please call or email us for a Exchange Authorization Number. Provide your invoice number and the date of purchase. On exchanges for defective items, we will refund the return shipping charges. On exchanges for other reasons, i.e. "it doesn't fit", shipping is not refundable. All exchanged items must be in new, unused condition, with the original tags, stickers and packaging.
